Try eating slower and less food, but very gradually. Try drinking a lot of water and green tea to help with feeling/looking bloated. Don’t try to starve yourself because that usually only makes you look bigger and feel worse unless you have a very fast metabolism. Try searching foods that help speed up your metabolism as well as do fun workouts like dancing or swimming or walking or even just playing around with your friends at a park. Talk to your bf about how you feel, he should try to encourage you to feel better and if he doesn’t, you shouldn’t be with him. Your friends are your friends and they don’t care about how you look. Losing 20 pounds is tougher than it sounds. Slowly work with what is best for you and with each passing week, try to intensify it little by little.

aww this is actually so nice thank you! I was already pretty much normal weight back in november so I didn’t have to loose to much weight I just did tons of exercises to tone up:) Don’t worry you will get there everybody is different so don’t compare yourself to others! focus on yourself and take your time x p.s I haven’t posted a picture of my abs so you are probably mistaking a picture I posted from someone else with me
